This is a draft privacy document for the Phase 1 referral portal. It must be replaced with legal copy approved by Dafway Systems Limited before public launch.

Dafway processes the account and contact information supplied during registration to administer the referral programme, secure access to the portal, and communicate programme-related information.

The final approved notice will explain the applicable legal bases, retention, rights, disclosures, and contact route for privacy requests.
